Travel Agent Disclosure Notice

In offering travel arrangements T he Travel Place acts only as agent and maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of any supplier and assumes no responsibility for, and shall not be expected, asked or required to pay for any financial loss, personal injury, property damage, other loss, accident, delay, inconvience, or irregularity which you may experience either by reason of non perfomance by any supplier for whatever reason; wrongful, careless, neglient or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any supplier or its employees or on the part of any other party not under the control of The Travel Place; or any defect, breakdown or other failure of any equipment, accommodation or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used by a supplier.  Trip insurance is advised and is available at an extra cost to protect you.  The terms  of insurance coverage are controlled by the actual insurance policy issued.
